Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") outlines the terms under which schools and colleges (the "Institution") may request refunds or cancel their subscription to EdVyn's school and college management software (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the Service is not functioning as described or there are significant technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.
  • Service Not as Described: If the Service does not meet the specifications and features outlined in the purchase agreement or Service description.

• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, the Institution must contact our support team at support@edvyn.com within [30] days of the purchase or billing date. The request must include:

  • A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting the request.

• Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within [30] days of receipt of a valid refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that transaction fees or charges may apply.

• Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

  • Fees for additional services or features not included in the original purchase.
  • Subscription fees for periods already completed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by the Institution: The Institution may cancel its subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@edvyn.com. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle or subscription period.

• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the Institution’s subscription if the Institution breaches these Terms and Conditions or if we determine that the use of the Service is harmful to us or others. In such cases, we will provide [30] days' notice before cancellation.

• Refunds upon Cancellation: If the Institution cancels its subscription before the end of the billing cycle or subscription period, the Institution may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused period, subject to the terms outlined above. Refunds will be processed as described in the Refund Policy section.
